The modules correspond directly to the United States Department of Transportation National Standard EMT-Basic curriculum and is recognized by the NREMT for up to 10 hours of online refresher training.
Both administrative management tools and progress tools for the individual EMT are provided to help manage and build an ongoing learning plan.
Delmar Learning’s EMT-Basic Refresher Education Online may also be used for up to 24.5 hours of continuing education. This continuing education activity is approved by the Continuing Education Coordinating Board for Emergency Medical Services (CECBEMS) as a continuing education activity.
If used as refresher training, this activity must be approved by the appropriate state EMS agency.
The state of Florida recognizes all 24 hours of online refresher training offered by this product.
